Summary

Controller: FreedomGRESS GmbH, Anne-Conway-Straße 1, DE-28359 Bremen, Germany – dataprotection@freedom-gress.com.

Hosting: Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany). Technical server logs (IP address, time, requested page, user agent) are processed to run the site securely and are deleted after a short period (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Embedded content: the Music and Video pages embed players by YouTube (Google Ireland Ltd.) and Spotify AB. The players load only after you click them; before that click no data is transmitted to these providers. With the click, your IP address is transmitted to the provider, which may set its own cookies (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — consent by the click).

Fonts are hosted locally on our own server; no connection to Google Fonts or any other external font service is made when you open the site.

Your rights under GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR). Supervisory authority: Die Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit der Freien Hansestadt Bremen.

This website sets no cookies, shows no advertising and makes no automated decisions. For reach measurement we use our own cookieless statistic without any third party: the requested page, the referring domain and the device category are processed; IP address and user agent are never stored — only a daily-rotating hash is derived from them, which rules out cross-day profiles and becomes irreversible after seven days. “Do Not Track” and Global Privacy Control are honoured (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Audience statistics (own, cookieless)

This site uses Produser's own cookieless visitor statistics: only the page path, referrer domain, campaign parameters, page language, device class and event type are recorded. No cookies, no localStorage, no fingerprinting, no third parties. Unique visitors are counted via a daily-salted SHA-256 hash; IP address and user agent are never stored. Raw events are deleted after 7 days; only anonymous daily totals remain. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

You can opt out at any time via the “Disable statistics” link in the footer, or by e-mail. The “Do Not Track” and “Global Privacy Control” browser signals are respected: with either active, nothing is recorded.
